Sweater, black skinny's, beanie, sneakers... this is a true everyday outfit for me. Nothing exciting but oh, so comfortable! Especially happy about my new Nike Air Max shoes that I customized on Nike's website. There's meant to be polka dots on the gray area, but you can barely see them so that's kind of a disappointment! But I guess I could paint them over myself so they would be a little clearer.

Well hello, hello October! The cold weather is here again and every year I get in a shock, I'm definitely not made for cold weather. I've been walking around in big sweaters and scarves, nothing inspiring. Luckily I had this outfit saved from some weeks back, wearing my favorite bag.

I had secretly been dreaming of a red bag for a longer time, which was weird because I've always hated red bags. They usually gave me a vibe of cheapness for some reason. So I really didn't take my little dream so serious... until one day in the city, when I stumbled on this bag at the store. It was love at first sight. Perfect shade of red, clean simple look with beautiful golden details. It made me blush and giggle with it's elegance and before I knew it, it was mine. Material love at it's best for sure!

Yup, to be honest I can barely stand on a skateboard without falling, but what wouldn't a blogger do for cool pictures, haha!

These were actually taken a month ago, when I still were able to walk around with bare legs. It's time to say buh byeh to summer and welcome the colorful fall!

sweater weather

We still have warm days but the evenings are getting colder. But I actually think it's really cozy with sweater weather! 

I recently bought this white sweater from H&M Men and I'm just loving how simple it is.

I tend to find myself at men's department always when I'm looking for a sweater. I've also noticed that they often have a better quality on them too. Womens sweaters in H&M are mostly acrylic or a blend of acrylic and something else, when men's sweaters are usually cotton or cotton/wool blend. I wonder why it's like this?

Heeey lovelies! How are you??

My first week at school is coming to it's end. It has been both exciting and stressful with a new start and I've been totally exhausted every day after school. You who goes to school, is it always like this? Or maybe it gets better when I get used to this... 

Today I'm leaving to the countryside for a night to relax and hopefully I'll have some time for birthday celebration on the weekend too... we'll see.

A safari inspired look from last Friday when I went to the Flow festival here in Helsinki.
I really wish I would've taken my camera with me there, because it was so pretty at the festival area and all them stylish people would've also been great to capture. But a camera free night allowed me to really enjoy the company of my friends and the freaking awesome show by Alicia Keys! Omg... I can't even describe how amazing she was. She's been my favorite artist since Fallin', so it was a dream come true to finally see her live. We sang and danced the whole concert long. Mental picture *click*... a summer night I'll remember forever!

And so it's August. Time flies by when you're busy having fun. My vacation is at it's end, but luckily I only have one week of work and then I have one week of vacation again. Double woop woop for that! My summer vacation has treated me more than well and I've got so much energy again. How has your summer been?

What comes to my outfit, well it's a bit of H&M oriented but both the cute white top and the bag has became my favorites this summer.
Btw, how many of you got surprised to see me in heels? If you've been following for a longer time you know it doesn't happen often (sneaker girl as I am) but sometimes a girl need a little bit of the extra oomph and this was one of those times! ;)

My very blue outfit from last week. I've always loved striped shirts, they're timeless and especially paired with gold accessories, it works everytime!

It's itching in my mind and my fingers... my vacation is only a few days away and I can't wait to get creative with my own stuff again and also have more time for my blog! The whole spring and summer has been tough in so many ways and even if I've tried so hard to keep my mind positive, I can't deny that my batteries are currently very low. But soon, so very soon I get to recharge them and hoping to get back in my own zone!

I think I have a serious crush on maxi dresses and skirts. I could wear them everyday because they're so comfy but yet always pretty and fit every occasion. I actually bought this dress for a family party in mind, but paired with something casual it definitely goes well on a normal weekday too. Big yay for clothes that are versatile!

This maxi skirt is probably one of my best buys ever. Not only do I like it because it's flowy and pretty, but because it gives me confidence like no other. Yes, a piece of clothing that covers everything makes me feel sexy in an elegance way. This time I wanted to dress down the skirt and make it street cool, so I felt the denim vest was a must add.

Hello sweethearts! How are you? Have you had a good start on the summer?
I know it's been really quiet here on my blog, but I've needed a break from the blog world... and everything else for that matter, I hope you understand.

On a lighter note, what a great start of summer we've had here. The weather has been beyond amazing, it's been sunny and really warm every day now for a week and it seems that there's no end to it yet. As a total summer person I'm loving this more than I can tell. Sadly I'm working every day, but I've been spending every free moment outside and it seems like home is just a place to get some hours of sleep and then I'm on a roll again.
